1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cvc88 platform, including the website at cvc88.vip, all associated gaming services, sports betting features, payment facilities, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). 2Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:
- "Account"means the registered player account created by you on the cvc88 Platform, identified by your Bangladesh mobile number.
- "Balance"means the total funds held in your Account wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), available for wagering or withdrawal subject to these Terms.
- "Bonus Funds"means any promotional credit, free spin value, or matched deposit credit granted to your Account by the Operator, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

3Eligibility Requirements
Access to and use of the cvc88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Players who do not meet all of these requirements are not permitted to register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity:

- You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person. Registering an Account on behalf of another person, a corporation, or any other entity is strictly prohibited.
- You must not currently have another active Account on the Platform. cvc88 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy.
- You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed by the Operator for violation of these Terms.
Age Verification Notice: cvc88 takes its obligations under responsible gaming principles seriously. Any Account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
4Account Registration and KYC Verification
To access the full range of cvc88 Platform services, you must register an Account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account.
Information Required at Registration
- A valid Bangladesh mobile number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel) as your primary account identifier
- A secure password of your choosing, meeting the minimum complexity requirements specified at registration
- Confirmation that you are aged 21 or older and agree to these Terms and the Platform's Privacy Policy
- Accurate date of birth for age verification purposes
KYC Document Verification
Before processing your first withdrawal, cvc88 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document — your National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport are the accepted forms of identification. cvc88 may also request additional documentation including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership at its discretion.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed. cvc88 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests from Accounts where KYC verification remains incomplete.
5Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the cvc88 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cvc88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh players:
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed in real time under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to credit.
- Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded, less any processing fees, at cvc88's discretion.
- cvc88 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independent of cvc88.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. cvc88 may request additional verification before approving withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
- Standard withdrawal processing times are one to three business days. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 24 hours under normal conditions.
- cvc88 reserves the right to perform additional KYC or security checks on withdrawal requests at any time. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending completion of such checks without liability to the Operator.
Currency Note: All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cvc88 does not support foreign currency transactions. Any funds deposited in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any conversion costs are borne by the Player.
6Bonuses and Promotions
cvc88 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other time-limited promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:
- Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real-money Balance.
- Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement for all cvc88 welcome bonus offers is 20x the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different rollover requirements, which will be clearly stated in the offer communication.
- cvc88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account will continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the use of multiple Accounts or payment methods will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
- Bonus Funds may only be used on games designated as eligible for that promotion. Bets placed on ineligible games while Bonus Funds are active may not contribute to the wagering requirement and may result in cancellation of the bonus at the Operator's discretion.
cvc88 conducts ongoing monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, and coordinated multi-account exploitation of promotional offers. Where such activity is detected, cvc88 reserves the right to void winnings, cancel bonuses, and close the associated Account.
7Responsible Gaming
cvc88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates as a 21+ platform only. The following tools and resources are available to all registered Players:
- Deposit limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings at any time. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
- Session time limits — Players may set maximum session duration limits to manage the total time spent gaming on the Platform in any given period.
- Self-exclusion — Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion period of between 1 and 180 days, or a permanent self-exclusion, by contacting cvc88 customer support.
- Reality checks — Players may enable periodic session reminders that display total session time and net gaming balance at configurable intervals during play.

8Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cvc88 Platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and permanent closure of your Account:
- Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using the name or details of another person
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the Platform, or gain any advantage over other Players
- Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any activity that manipulates the outcome of any game or betting market on the Platform
- Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including but not limited to depositing funds through a payment method not registered in your name or making deposits with no genuine intention to wager
- Sharing Account credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or system glitches on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage, including attempting to reverse completed transactions through chargeback mechanisms
Enforcement: cvc88 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor Platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, cvc88 will act without prior notice to protect the integrity of the Platform and the interests of legitimate Players.
9Intellectual Property
All content on the cvc88 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game content provided by third-party game studios, logos, trademarks, and service marks (collectively, "Intellectual Property"), is the exclusive property of cvc88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Intellectual Property on the Platform without the prior written consent of cvc88.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cvc88 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform

- Any loss arising from the use of third-party payment services, including processing delays, failed transactions, or changes to third-party fee structures
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material
11Privacy and Data Protection

12Amendments to These Terms

For minor or administrative changes, cvc88 may update the Terms without prior notice.
The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at cvc88.vip/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any change to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting customer support.
13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which cvc88 operates. cvc88 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction, and Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
In the event of a dispute regarding any bet or transaction on the Platform, the Player must submit a formal complaint to the cvc88 customer support team within 30 days of the disputed event. cvc88 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved by the customer support team, the matter may be escalated to senior management for final determination.
